What if I have to miss a session?
Sessions are recorded, and you'll get the framework plus a 15-minute catch-up.
How is this different from a workshop?
Workshops teach concepts. Here you bring real challenges from your job and rehearse the shift with peers going through the same transition.
Can my company pay for this?
Most participants use professional development or L&D funds. You'll get a receipt to submit, and I can provide a summary for your manager if needed. Check with your company to see whether you're eligible.
Why only six people?
The value comes from real peer practice and honest feedback. Six people means active participation, not passive listening.
What happens after the six weeks?
In week six you get a private session to build your 90-day action plan. Some continue with private coaching, but many finish here with strong results.
